Embracing the finest of
Scottish produce
We are commited to providing the best local produce that we can get our hands on. We have spent much time researching our suppliers, visiting their farms and ensuring they share our values. We offer a varied menu that evolves each month to reflect the changing seasons and which, subsequently, takes full  advantage of Scotland's wonderfully fresh and abundant produce.
Callaghan of Helensburgh and Puddledub in Kirkaldy supply us with all our meats, ensuring that  everything we serve has been raised and slaughtered in the UK and never intensively farmed. We hope to ease the burden on the most popular of Britain's fish stocks by choosing to use more sustainable species. The  eggs we use are from happy hens just over the hill at Townhead Farm and all our milk is organic. Our chef Paul makes fresh bread and scones in house each day and our jams, which are made from in season locally sourced fruits, are especially tasty.
If you want to know about any of our food, who made it, where it comes from or what is in it, please do ask!
