For mains ....
Wild mushroom, chestnut & kale fricassee, madeira, parsley & poached free range egg
Roast turkey breast, braised leg croquette, red cabbage, roast potatoes, parsnip purée, chipolatas & rosemary gravy
Poached coley fillet, roast langoustine, salsify, peas & lemon butter sauce

To finish ....
Christmas pudding parfait, winter berry compote
Warm poached winter fruits, shortbread biscuit & vanilla mascarpone
